Shipping takes 1-4 business days depending on the governorate. Amman takes 1-2 days, other governorates 2-4 days.

Shipping is free for orders over 350 JOD. For smaller orders, costs range from 0-10 JOD depending on the governorate.

After placing your order, you will receive the CliQ alias and phone number. Open your banking app, send the amount, then click "I have paid". We will verify the payment and confirm your order.

All our products come with full manufacturer warranty for at least 2 years. Some products have extended warranty.

Yes, you can return any product within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

You can register your warranty from the warranty registration page. You will need the serial number and purchase date.
